Brief Bios of the Principal Consultants

Our consultants have years of experience making businesses more efficient and profitable. Our focus is practical and cost efficient. We are:

  • Problem solvers. We know how to best approach problems to get to root cause, evaluate alternatives  and identify the best solution to meet the customer's needs and objectives.
  • We are miners of the hidden gold nuggets / fruits of opportunity for process improvement. We target the low hanging fruits of opportunity first.

  • Robert P. Trainor – Over thirty years of industry experience in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. During that time, handled assignments involving industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing management, productivity improvement and business consulting. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.

  • Bob is currently President of the local Chapter of Industrial Engineers.

  • Brian K. Weisfeld – Twenty-five years in the manufacturing and distribution environment. Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from University of Memphis. Master of Science in Operations Management from University of Arkansas.
